Before permits can be paid online, your application must be submitted to the building department to be processed. Once a permit has been processed, you will be issued and emailed a permit number. You must reference the permit number during the online payment process.
Permits can be paid online using eCheck, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. All payments are assessed a convenience fee. Electronic checking (eCheck) payments are assessed a $2.50 flat fee. Credit card payments are assessed an Enhanced Access Fee based on the amount of your order.
Payments can also be made at Clarkston City Hall using cash check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover (enhancement fees for credit cards apply).
